Surat has more than 15 years of experience in restaurant business. Having worked in different Indian restautrants in Atlanta and Tuscaloosa, Surat is a perfectionist, who takes pride in his cooking. Like all good chefs, he does not compromise on the quality of food, and look for innovative ways to improve the flavors.
India Palace is proud of our team in the kitchen, and always looking for new ideas to improve. We strongly believe in slogan, Happy work team = Happy customers.
Kabal specialize in Tandoori (Clay Oven) dishes. From all those grilled appetizers to specialty breads, Kabal is always experimenting with new dishes, and hums a song while he prepares them.
Kabal has been in restaurant industry for more than 10 years. His family is still in India, and will be joining him soon.
GURPINDER SINGH (Garry)
Garry takes care of day to day operations, He has excellent rapport with our patrons, and personally take care of each guest.
Garry has extensive experience from working in Indian restaurants in Indiana and California
Sandeep takes care of business development, advertising, sales and concept.
During day time, he is a internal medicine physician at Jackson Hospital.
